As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will engage in one-on-one patient counseling and collaborate with healthcare providers for therapeutic plan development. Your experience will enhance pharmacy practices and contribute to research by preparing articles for publication. Mentor pharmacy students and lead quality improvement initiatives to instill best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and personalize patient medication therapy

• Consult with healthcare professionals on treatment plans

• Contribute to developing clinical guidelines and audit improvements

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC

• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• Strong communication and prioritization skills
