In this position, you will provide comprehensive clinical nutrition services to manage the dietary needs of low birth weight and preterm infants. You’ll collaborate with other healthcare professionals, conduct patient assessments, and develop tailored nutrition interventions. Participate in research and outreach initiatives to advance neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor infants’ nutritional requirements

• Create and execute individualized nutrition care strategies

• Collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans

• Deliver training and educational materials for caregivers

• Document nutrition care on patient records accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with dietetic internship

• Two years relevant clinical experience required

• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals

• Advanced understanding of biochemistry and nutrition support

• Proven ability to work within interdisciplinary teams
