Fraser Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian who will report to the Dietitian Practice Leader.
Your role involves assessing patient needs, creating care plans, and evaluating interventions. You'll also contribute to clinical guidelines and provide educational support within the department and community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine nutrition interventions based on assessments
• Develop and document patient care plans thoroughly
• Evaluate effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed
• Advocate for nutrition in health promotion initiatives
• Collaborate on clinical research and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition
• Completion of a dietetic internship program
• Current registration with College of Health and Care Professionals
• Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle access
• Knowledge of clinical dietetic standards and protocols
