Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Pharmacy Coordinators on staff education

• Deliver training aligned with clinical needs

• Assess learning needs and implement effective strategies

• Document orientation and training sessions thoroughly

• Lead quality assurance initiatives in pharmacy practices

Requirements:

• Registration as a Pharmacist with BC College

• Accreditation from a Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• Three years of recent hospital experience

• Educational experience in pharmacy preferred

• Strong leadership and planning capabilities
