Position: Nutrition Specialist at Fraser Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient nutritional status and establish care goals

• Formulate and document nutrition care plans following evaluations

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of nutrition interventions

• Educate team members and the community on nutrition principles

• Develop and implement clinical practice improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and completion of an internship

• License as a registered dietitian in British Columbia

• Valid BC Driver’s License for necessary travel

• Knowledge of current developments in dietetic practices

• Strong consultation and communication skills for team collaboration
