Position: Part-Time Rehabilitation Assistant at FVCDC
Become a valued Rehabilitation Assistant with Fraser Valley Child Development Centre, delivering care and clinical support to young children aged 0-5. This flexible, part-time position focuses on direct client services and family collaboration.

The Rehabilitation Assistant role is an essential part of the Early Intervention Program, working under supervision to implement intervention plans developed by qualified team members. In this community-focused environment, you will use your skills to support families while tracking client progress and participating in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement intervention plans from clinicians for young clients

• Prepare necessary materials and resources for therapy sessions

• Model strategies for parents and caregivers effectively

• Maintain communication with families and the intervention team

• Document client interventions and progress according to guidelines

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma and one year experience with young children

• Preference for candidates with relevant training programs

• Reliable vehicle and class 5 driver’s license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
