Position: Full-Time Recruiter at Communitas

As a personable, process-oriented Recruiter, you will support the HR department in hiring for Communitas. Your responsibilities will include guiding candidates through the application process and advising senior leaders on compliance with HR policies. Collaborate closely within a fast-paced environment while utilizing your expertise to match candidates to positions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen applicants for role suitability

• Lead and conduct interviews with candidates

• Evaluate fit and make placement decisions

• Guide senior leaders on HR compliance

• Assist candidates throughout the application process

Requirements:

• College education in a related field

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities

• Class 5 BC driver's license (asset)
