OverviewWe’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own key parts of our customer journey. You’ll help build awareness, generate qualified leads, and nurture relationships that drive pipeline growth and long-term retention. This role is hands-on, from running campaigns and events to digging into data and making insights actionable.
Responsibilities- Pipeline Growth & Awareness
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to build awareness and drive qualified leads.
- Analyze consumer behavior and leverage those insights to develop lifecycle campaigns that increase pipeline conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Product, CAD and Sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Oversee the technical execution of campaign deployments.
- Conduct ongoing SEO audits and manage keyword/content strategies to improve search visibility.
- Support demand generation initiatives, including content creation (landing pages, blogs, lead magnets) and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate Longboard’s presence at industry trade shows and events, including logistics, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Lifecycle Nurturing & Conversion
- Implement behavioral and lifecycle triggers (downloads, event participation, form fills) to ensure timely and relevant follow-up.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategy to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Partner with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline progression, lead scoring, and account-based strategies.
- Create onboarding and retention campaigns to strengthen customer relationships.
- Support initiatives that drive advocacy (case studies, reviews, NPS).
- Deliver customer updates and educational resources to maintain engagement.
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Define and monitor metrics to measure, analyze, and report on the success and impact of lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across digital, events, and email.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.
- 2–4 years in digital, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing (B2B a plus).
- Hands-on with SEO, paid media, CRM & automation tools.
- Experience in customer journey, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Event/trade show coordination experience.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting/optimization skills.
- Great communicator & content creator across buyer stages.
- A competitive salary starting from $70,000 to $82,500 per year, plus additional profit-sharing bonuses.
