Your role encompasses hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience.
You will manage Help Desk tickets, maintain detailed documentation, and perform installations and configurations for various devices. Collaboration with the IT team will help to enhance procedures, while some project work will involve evaluating new technology solutions and large software rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-users through a managed Help Desk system
• Install and troubleshoot IT hardware and software
• Document work with accurate logs and reports
• Collaborate with the IT team on policy improvements
• Conduct project work for technology rollouts
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in an IT support role
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office applications
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are beneficial
