This role is vital for maximizing customer engagement with our platform, delivering tailored training to various stakeholders, including senior leaders and frontline users. You will focus on real-world applications, connecting product functionalities with operational success. Additionally, you will design enablement materials and assess customer readiness to ensure a smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual and onsite training for diverse users
• Connect training content to operational outcomes
• Create a library of training and enablement materials
• Monitor metrics to identify and assist at-risk users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps
Requirements:
• 3+ years of customer enablement or SaaS training
• Experience managing enterprise training initiatives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Technical proficiency with digital training tools
• Empathy and adaptability in learner support
