In this role, you will guide the implementation and support of Salesforce solutions, focusing on gathering requirements and developing technical specifications. Your leadership will ensure the successful deployment of enhanced functionalities that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the requirements gathering for Salesforce Service Cloud
• Develop user stories and functional/system design specs
• Analyze and translate complex data for actionable solutions
• Oversee development and testing of Salesforce enhancements
• Establish criteria for quality assurance and performance validation
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Business Systems Analyst/Solutions Architect roles
• At least 5 years in Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS systems like Genesys
• Knowledge of SaaS technology and E2E Customer Support processes
• Worked in Agile Scrum methodology
