• Maintain strong communication with clients during support tasks
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in IT support or strong willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and manage various priorities
• Familiarity with Connect Wise Manage is a plus
• Must work locally in Abbotsford and surrounding areas
