The incumbent in this role will manage the IT Service Desk and Lab Monitors, ensuring that incidents and service requests are handled promptly. With five years of supervisory experience and relevant technical qualifications, you'll inspire and develop your team while maintaining excellent service standards. The position enables strategic thinking and adaptability to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the service desk team
• Ensure efficient resolution of service requests
• Mentor staff while supporting their professional growth
• Promote a culture of continuous process improvement
• Adjust priorities in response to operational needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems
• At least five years in a supervisory position
• ITIL framework knowledge preferred
• HDI Service Desk certification is advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational skills
