Position: Tech-Savvy Operations Coordinator Needed
Join Service Master of Fraser Valley as a Tech-Savvy Operations Coordinator, providing essential IT support for our restoration services team. Engage in a role that combines technology and customer care.

In this dynamic position, you will act as the primary technology resource for both office and field staff  a key Internal Technology & Operations Coordinator, your mission is to ensure that all systems work efficiently to support rapid responses to emergency situations. The role calls for an organized and proactive individual who enjoys resolving technical issues and enhancing user experiences across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer frontline technical support for various devices

• Configure and set up hardware and software for new staff

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and restoration-specific software

• Oversee IT inventory and respond to help desk requests

• Collaborate with vendors for enhanced tech support

Requirements:

• IT support experience preferred

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
