Position: ServiceMaster Technology Coordinator Role
Join Service Master of Fraser Valley as an Internal Technology and Operations Coordinator. Deliver crucial tech support to enhance service delivery during emergency responses.

In this role, you will provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both office and field staff. Your focus will include onboarding staff with efficient device setup and ensuring that all technology platforms are functioning properly. A proactive approach and strong troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support for tech issues in multiple locations

• Set up equipment and user accounts for new employees

• Troubleshoot software issues with restoration platforms

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and systems

• Support after-hours operations for urgent needs

Requirements:

• Previous IT support or help desk experience required

• Familiarity with restoration software such as Xactimate

• Strong organizational and customer service abilities

• IT certifications preferred

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
