Position: Data Analyst for Greenhouse Operations

You will manage the i2i Proteus system, produce insightful reports, and collaborate closely with site managers to drive efficiency improvements. Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset due to our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational data in the i2i Proteus ERP system

• Monitor and correct operational data accuracy

• Provide training on time clock and operational systems

• Develop productivity and labor efficiency reports

• Analyze trends impacting operational performance
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of data analysis or operations coordination experience

• Strong Excel skills with reporting and dashboards

• Experience with ERP or analytical tools

• Knowledge of labor productivity tracking

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
