Position: Experienced Systems Administrator Needed
We are looking for an Experienced Systems Administrator to support our restoration operations with top-notch IT solutions. This role involves multi-location tech support and effective problem-solving skills.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all staff have access to functioning technology while maintaining a high level of service. From troubleshooting software like Xactimate to managing user permissions, this role is critical for driving efficiency and reliability in operations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various technical requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support for users across multiple office sites

• Configure computers, phones, and software setups for new hires

• Maintain network security and document IT guidelines

• Manage licensing and software access controls

• Implement automated solutions to streamline tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in IT or technical support roles

• Knowledge of restoration industry software and Microsoft 365

• Certifications in IT such as CompTIA A+ or similar

• Strong communication skills for effective user training

• Valid driver’s license and transport availability
