Connect Solutions is hiring a full-time IT Support Technician in Abbotsford, focusing on providing exceptional customer support and hardware deployment. Work both onsite and remotely.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with IT training or relevant experience to shine. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, deploying networking equipment, and enhancing internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote support to customers
• Manage hardware and networking equipment deployment
• Diagnose and fix IT issues promptly
• Develop systems to improve internal processes
• Collaborate with other team members
Requirements:
• IT background preferred, but all levels accepted
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven multitasking in team settings
• Familiarity with Connect Wise Manage is advantageous
• Must be able to work locally from Abbotsford
