Position: Senior UX Researcher for Bing Products
Elevate user experience at Bing as a Senior UX Researcher. Focus on quantitative research to uncover insights that drive product improvements and efficiencies.

In this role, you will lead UX research initiatives to analyze user behavior and preferences across Bing’s offerings. With 5–7 years of experience, your expertise in telemetry and A/B testing will help you distill large datasets into impactful recommendations. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure research insights are integrated effectively into the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quantitative research projects on user experience

• Analyze telemetry, A/B testing, and survey data

• Create compelling storytelling artifacts to communicate insights

• Collaborate with teams to incorporate research findings

• Drive rapid experimentation in user journey evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, etc.

• 5–7 years as a quantitative UX researcher

• Strong experience with consumer-facing platforms

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

• Proficient in creating data-driven presentations
