Key Responsibilities:

• Craft agentic AI workflows using advanced tools like Claude Cowork

• Deploy AI agents that elevate customer support initiatives

• Move prototypes to stable production after user testing

• Define system prompts, approvals, and error protocols

• Create visual documents of workflows for team onboarding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technology or analytics roles

• Strong knowledge in AI-powered marketing automation platforms

• Experience in building complex workflows with LLMs

• Familiarity with tools like Claude Cowork

• Understanding of Hub Spot MCP and API integrations
