• Lead the delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM
  - Core HR, Talent, and Learning projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients, including project management, process improvement, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and Oracle technologies.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Hands on experience in working on Oracle Fusion HCM
  - Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules for Canadian Public sector clients.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation, and imparting Training for technical components.
• Well-versed with designing and building security roles – Job roles, data roles, including security profiles.
• Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Proficient in Redwood enablement and its tools for enhancing user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent, Learning, and related modules, including configuring the system to meet business requirements, such as designing and setting up organizational structures, jobs, grades, approvals, DFFs, EFFs, Journeys, etc.

• Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent, Learning, and related modules.
• Configuring the system to meet business requirements, such as designing and setting up organizational structures, jobs, grades, approvals, DFFs, EFFs, Journeys, etc.
• Redwood enablement and its tools for enhancing user experience.
• Security roles – Job roles, data roles, including security profiles.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Global delivery environment.
• Canadian Public sector clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools, including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely, technical, business, and management teams.
• Experience managing team size of 6+ would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
