Become a key player in IT Contract Management with a Senior Manager role based in Toronto. This hybrid position involves overseeing technology contracts and vendor relations.
In this 12-month contract role, you will serve as the Senior Manager – EPS Contracts Management. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and managing technology contracts while collaborating with various stakeholders. Your background in IT contract management and vendor relations will support the execution of vital agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract-related requests and negotiations

• Manage technology and consulting contract execution

• Ensure compliance with internal policies

• Evaluate vendors and support due diligence exercises

• Report on vendor management and contract performance
Requirements:

• Proficient in managing MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements

• Strong vendor management experience

• Industry knowledge in technology and infrastructure

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
