Systems Administrator - IT Support Specialist

Service Master of Fraser Valley is looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to deliver top-notch IT support. This role involves troubleshooting technology issues for employees in a fast-paced restoration setting.

As a vital team member, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software challenges and ensuring efficient functioning of systems and networks. You will support a variety of technologies, including Microsoft 365, VoIP systems, and restoration industry software, while maintaining a focus on customer service and timely response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer frontline tech support to office and field staff

• Troubleshoot software including Microsoft 365 and Xactimate

• Configure and set up devices for new hires

• Document IT procedures and manage inventory

• Implement cybersecurity best practices

Requirements:

• Previous IT support experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows OS

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft

• Strong communication skills and time management
