Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for printers, mobile devices, and network issues
• Set up new hire devices and accounts
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and restoration software
• Respond to help desk tickets and manage software licenses
• Monitor cybersecurity practices and user education
Requirements:
• IT support experience in a similar role
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows
• Knowledge of restoration software like Xactimate
• IT certifications in relevant fields
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
