Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to end-user technical support inquiries
• Perform user account management in Active Directory
• Document troubleshooting steps in JIRA
• Ensure server and network equipment functionality
• Perform patch management for system security
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
