IT Support Specialist

Position: Full-Time IT Support Specialist
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Abbotsford, BC, to provide critical technical support and enhance team efficiency in a full-time role. This position is perfect for IT professionals seeking meaningful work aligned with Christian values.

You will join MCC BC’s IT team, reporting to the I.T. Manager, to tackle diverse technical challenges. With your background in IT support and commitment to community service, you'll install systems, manage technology tickets, and assist teams across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests effectively

• Document technical procedures and updates

• Assist with technology setup for events

• Interact with users to improve service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role

• Experience with ticketing and ITSM processes

• Christian faith commitment and active community participation

• Ability to work legally in Canada with a clear record
