• Enforce incident management frameworks across teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years in incident management or technical operations

• Proven ability to coordinate multi-team responses

• Strong ITIL foundation and communication skills

• Technical expertise in observability tools like Datadog

• Comfortable with 24/7 operations and on-call duties
