Client Care Representative - Commercial Insurance Advisor

at the center of a vast network of risk, insurance, employee benefits, , you will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills while working closely with a team of Producers and Marketers on our Commercial accounts. You will help build long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquires and requests through policy and coverage insurers.

Will be assigned some minimal, but regular duties to help support the floater position Minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
