As a
** Branch Manager
** within our Commercial Center of Excellence, you will lead branch operations across Commercial and Employee Benefits teams. From driving sales strategy and retention to hiring, developing, and coaching your team — you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of the branch while ensuring operational excellence and best-in-class client service.  Inspire your team to excellence in order to deliver a memorable client experience.
** Requirements
* * Strong organizational skills allowing you to juggle multiple competing priorities on a daily basis.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to cultivate strong and productive interpersonal relationships both internally with your staff and externally with your clients.
** Qualifications*
* * Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing a department or branch within the insurance industry.
* Level 2 General Insurance License required.
* Industry designation and/or post-secondary education is considered an asset (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM). and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
