Position: Sales & Auto Manager, Vehicle Replacement Insurance (Insurance license required)

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong and effective relationships with agency/broker branch managers.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee the sales and training team.
  • Improve and create new sales processes and tools.
  • Identify and create actionable goals for the sales and training team.
  • Monitor and analyze broker and dealer sales.
  • Ensure sales growth is on target with company expectations and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Spearhead various projects and new product launches.
  • Managing sales contests, trade show and event organization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the auto insurance sector, with a strong understanding of ICBC, private auto and the dealer environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in broker management or other insurance leadership roles.
  • CAIB and/or CIP designation is an asset.
  • Hold and maintain a valid Level 2 Insurance License.
  • Willing and able to obtain licensing in other provinces.
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Technologically versatile.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong presentation skills (in-person and virtual).
  • Excellent customer service knowledge and skills.
  • Highly self-motivated self-starter who is capable of working both independently, without supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
