The Private Client Solutions Account Manager provides high-quality internal support through accurate policy processing, efficient remarketing, and thorough renewal preparation. This role focuses on back-end service work rather than direct client communication, ensuring that Account Executives have complete, accurate, and timely information to serve clients effectively.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work in-office or in-branch based on the needs of the role and/or as required be management.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with your team and commercial account executives to implement Navacord's service and sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate quote packages, renewal comparisons, and coverage analyses.
- Support submissions by gathering underwriting details and required documents.
- Complete remarketing submissions and review renewal terms, ensuring all Epic renewal activities follow workflow
- Perform policy checks and maintain complete, audit-ready files with up-to-date data
- Track remarketing outcomes and contribute to retention goals
- Provide responsive support to producers and senior account managers.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-value insurance underwriters through effective correspondence.
- Address internal service requests promptly and accurately.
- Support client retention through high-quality market comparisons and renewal preparation.
- Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, rewrites, and reinstatements accurately.
- Manage carrier downloads, documentation standards, and Epic workflows.
- Meet SLAs and productivity expectations using dashboards, activities, and suspenses.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.
REQUIREMENTS- Level 1 BC License Preferred – 30 days can be provided to obtain licensing
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Strong curiosity and understanding of clients' insurance needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently with self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills. Internal equity to ensure fairness across the organization and region/location is also considered.
