As a Procurement Specialist, you will oversee purchasing activities and manage inventory levels critical for production and resale. We're seeking a candidate with a strong agricultural background and the ability to develop effective relationships with suppliers. You will report to the Procurement Manager and contribute to efficient procurement planning and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and negotiate purchase orders with suppliers

• Maintain inventory for MRP and production needs

• Oversee coordination of materials and supporting documentation

• Generate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Post Secondary qualification in Agriculture or related to Supply Chain

• Strong communication abilities are essential

• Preferred experience in agricultural supply chain

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
