DGI Tool Supply Support Coordinator

Join DGI as a Tool Supply Support Coordinator, focusing on inventory management and customer service excellence. This role requires a blend of coordination, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Reporting to the CSC Supervisor, you will oversee the tool supply crib’s operations. Your day-to-day tasks involve managing automated equipment, addressing urgent customer needs, and performing preventive maintenance. This role emphasizes the necessity of detail orientation and strong communication abilities, pivotal for managing customer expectations and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the CSC Supervisor on objectives daily

• Maintain automated vending equipment and stockroom

• Support system repair efforts with APS OPS Tech Support

• Execute housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks

• Conduct daily inventory counts and manage stock levels

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

• Relevant experience in MRO or tooling preferred

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

• Strong computer skills in MS Office and inventory systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
