As a Parts Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring our Service Departments across Canada have the right OEM parts at the right time so our customers can keep exploring without delay.

What You’ll Do

As our Parts Specialist, you’ll keep the supply chain running smoothly by managing the flow of parts between OEMs, vendors, and service teams nationwide. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing, ordering, and tracking OEM and specialty parts
  • Confirming availability, pricing, and compatibility using reference tools and databases
  • Entering and updating orders in the system with accuracy
  • Managing back-orders, substitutions, and discontinued items

    Preparing precise quotes for customers and service teams
  • Building solid relationships with OEMs, vendors, and internal partners
  • Providing friendly, professional support to technicians and customers
What You Bring
  • Knowledge of RV systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Experience sourcing or ordering OEM parts (RV, automotive, or marine preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Tech-savvy with solid data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
