Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain computerized control systems

• Execute major repairs and system installations

• Monitor facility maintenance tasks and document activities

• Assist in training new staff on maintenance protocols

Requirements:

• Certification as a Building Systems Technician

• Required Power Engineering License for operations

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Availability of 5th Class Engineering certificate as mandated

• Knowledge in refrigeration and pool operation, as necessary
