Become a Lead Hand at Conair in Abbotsford, BC, focusing on aircraft maintenance projects in a hangar environment. Empower AMEs while ensuring compliance and safety in operations.

In this pivotal position, you will support the Induction Maintenance Crew Leader by managing maintenance activities and providing technical guidance to AMEs.

Your role ensures all aircraft conversions to air tankers are executed with precision and within timelines while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of AMEs in maintenance tasks

• Manage maintenance schedules for aircraft conversions

• Implement inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Mentor technicians to improve skills and processes

• Keep accurate maintenance records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance

• Current Transport Canada AME M2 License

• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
