Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across three facilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

• Ensure communication with production staff for minimal downtime

• Manage fleet maintenance control and reporting systems

• Train maintenance staff in safety and efficiency protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience

• Grade 12 education with Millwright ticket

• Leadership and supervisory skills are essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid driver's license;
Class 1 preferred
