Position: Hands-On Maintenance Technician Role
Become a vital component of the Phantom organization by stepping into a Maintenance Technician role that emphasizes safety and comprehensive maintenance strategies. This position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll focus on fulfilling a range of maintenance tasks across facilities and various equipment. Your responsibilities will include hands-on repairs, property upkeep, and adherence to safety protocols, all while facilitating a collaborative work environment. You will be instrumental in implementing modern maintenance practices to enhance operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative and reactive maintenance for all equipment

• Maintain property and landscaping through various tasks

• Conduct repairs on building infrastructure and fixed equipment

• Support maintenance of mobile equipment and hand tools

• Foster a culture supportive of organizational core values

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Minimum two years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance

• Past experience with landscaping maintenance essential

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

• Competence in Microsoft Office platforms
