WIS International Inventory Supervisor

Position: WIS International Inventory Supervisor Role
Drive excellence in inventory management with WIS International as an Inventory Supervisor. Oversee events, lead teams, and ensure top-tier customer service in a dynamic field environment.

This supervisory role involves guiding Inventory Associates and serving as the front line for resolving event concerns as directed by the District Manager. You will lead on-site inventories utilizing WIS standardized processes and ensure exceptional service. With a focus on safety and team collaboration, you’ll contribute to a productive working atmosphere across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site inventories under the Area Manager's guidance

• Address immediate concerns during inventory events

• Educate Inventory Associates on event procedures

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies

• Act as a backup to the Area Manager at events

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as an Inventory Associate or similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Strong communication and customer service skills
