** General Labourer
** to join our Abbotsford team. This role is essential to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance of our facility and yard.
** Schedule**
* ** Days:
** Monday to Friday

* Hours:

** 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (8 hours per day).

* Note:

** Shift patterns and total hours are subject to change upon completion of the probationary period.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Facility Maintenance:
** Perform general cleanup of the shop and office exterior.
* ** Yard Upkeep:
** Regular litter pick-up and debris removal to ensure site safety.
* ** Surface Care:
** Power washing equipment, bins, and walkways; basic painting and touch-up work as needed.
* ** Landscaping:
** Basic yard maintenance to keep the perimeter tidy.
* ** Growth:
** Adapt to new operational duties as they are assigned by the supervisor over time.
** Requirements
* ** Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (rain or shine).
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Reliability is a must—consistent attendance for the Tuesday–Thursday block is required.
* Previous experience in power washing or general maintenance is an asset but not required.
* Must be comfortable with the potential for schedule shifts after the initial training/probationary phase.#GFLTalent
