Nature's Touch Frozen Foods (West) is looking for a dynamic Seasonal Production Supervisor to guide our Production teams through our busiest and most exciting time of the year!

• Recommend improvements to boost productivity and enhance product quality
• Organize work schedules and coordinate activities across departments
• Supervise, direct, and support workers through daily operations
• Troubleshoot processing system issues and resolve challenges efficiently
• Identify quality concerns and make real‑time adjustments
• Ensure full compliance with Nature's Touch policies, procedures, and safety practices
• Complete administrative tasks related to production, shipping, and quality metrics
• Train team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues and enhancing workflow
• Lead by example – inspiring your crew to perform at their best during peak harvest

• University degree preferred, but not required
• 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Supervisor/leadership training is an asset
• Proven employee relations experience in a unionized environment
• Experience with sanitation and HACCP programs
• Strong ability to define and drive performance metrics
• Analytical mindset – able to assess operational data and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Knowledge of hazard identification, evaluation, and prevention throughout food production
• A coaching‑oriented leadership style that develops strong, successful teams
