Position: CNC Machinist/Operator-PM Shift (4 X 10 Hour Shifts)

BD Diesel is a supporter and sponsor of CNC apprenticeships all the way up to a Journeyman qualification.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for our new PM Shift:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
  • Shift Premium: 12% on top of the hourly wage

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28‑$48, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Work as part of a small team to deliver demand‑driven value to customers
  • Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
  • Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
Who You Are
  • CNC Machining

    Experience:

    CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe:
    Minimum 5 years of experience required
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable in G Code
  • Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
  • Above average problem‑solving skills
  • Positive personality & ability to deliver results with minimum supervision
  • Willingness to learn and improve your skills
