As a crucial member of the Longboard team, you will oversee a group of machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Your proven production experience and leadership skills will help enhance operational performance while motivating the team. You will focus on ensuring safe and effective machinery operation while meeting production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Decoral machine operators on processes

• Coordinate daily production tasks to meet work orders

• Conduct quality checks on painted products for compliance

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or material issues

• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily equipment checks

• Maintain production logs and communicate with supervisors

• Collaborate on process improvements for enhanced productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of production experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. repeatedly

• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
