Manufacturing Paint Line Supervisor

As a Paint Line Supervisor, you’ll manage daily production activities while overseeing a motivated team. With over 3 years in manufacturing, including 2 years in a leadership role, your skills in quality assurance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement will shine. Engaging and hands-on, you will resolve operational issues and maintain workflow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train paint line team members

• Oversee daily paint production meeting quality standards

• Ensure safety protocols and conduct training sessions

• Monitor product quality through regular inspections

• Drive process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma
Requirements:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing role, 2+ years in leadership

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Ability to read technical drawings and production specs

• Basic computer skills in ERP or MES systems

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
