Medical Waste Plant Operator Position

Daniels Health is hiring a Plant Operator-RMW in Abbotsford to facilitate efficient medical waste processing. This full-time role requires significant walking and a focus on safety and compliance.
As a key part of our operations, you will work closely with a partner to unload trailers, sort waste, and maintain operational efficiency. It’s important to stay organized and safety-focused while addressing regulatory requirements and housekeeping tasks. Ideal candidates are fit, reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustain boiler and autoclave performance

• Process and store waste as per regulations

• Maintain clean and available reusable bins

• Tackle housekeeping issues without delay

• Assist in varied plant operations as directed
Requirements:

• Must have Forklift Certification

• Previous experience in labor-intensive roles

• Exhibit dependability and organizational skills

• Physically fit with a safety-oriented mindset

• Open to responsibility and opportunities for advancement
