Press Brake Operator; Night Shift

Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate Press Brake machines to bend sheet metal accurately.
• Set up machines with correct tooling and settings.
• Read blueprints and work orders to understand job specifications.
• Perform bending operations and adjust machines as needed.
• Program CNC machines with job parameters when required.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Manage time to meet production goals.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

• 1+ year of press brake operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
• Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Knowledge of sheet metal preparation and machine mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to optimize setups and improve production efficiency.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly.

Work Environment: Fast‑paced production setting with repetitive tasks.

Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:15 pm to 2:15 am (40 hours per week).

Wage: $22–$24 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour night shift premium.

Wage is negotiable based on experience and skills, with higher rates offered to candidates with extensive experience.

Benefits: Available after probation period.

Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.
