Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery for gear production

• Ensure cleanliness of the gear-cutting area

• Communicate production issues effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Gear Cutting or Machining training beneficial

• Manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong work ethic with leadership qualities

• Basic computer knowledge and drawing interpretation skills
