Become an essential part of our R&D team as a Technologist specializing in Technical Services & Private Label. You'll employ your analytical and technical skills to drive product and process improvement in food development.
As you work under the guidance of the R&D Project Lead, you'll engage in hands-on activities that enhance product consistency and quality. Your problem-solving abilities will shine as you navigate complex technical challenges in a collaborative R&D atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support SOPs and analytical test methods
• Conduct thorough lab testing and data documentation
• Troubleshoot issues impacting production and product quality
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure product outcomes
• Monitor sensory performance and shelf-life assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or similar discipline
• 1–2 years of related experience in food production
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Proven skill in operating lab equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs for trial activities
