We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our family-run greenhouse. Located on 100 acres, you will assist in loading, unloading, and moving products while following safety protocols. The position requires physical involvement in warehouse tasks beyond just forklift operation, ensuring smooth operation in both cool and warm environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and rotators

• Dump garbage bins using forklift rotator attachments

• Load, unload, and efficiently move products

• Support shipping, receiving, and packhouse operations

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years with 5,000lb pneumatic forklift

• Strong safety record and communication skills

• Experience with forklift rotators is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable and consistent attendance
