In this dual role of Boiler Operator and Maintenance Technician, you will be central to the safe operation of boilers, monitoring performance and conducting preventative maintenance. At Allen Family Foods, you will troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure all safety protocols are met during your maintenance tasks. Your ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to operational needs will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain steam boiler systems and auxiliary equipment

• Conduct inspections and maintain safety check logs

• Implement preventative maintenance for production systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and machinery

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment for all tasks

Requirements:

• Certification from Power Engineering program or equivalent

• Experience in boiler operations within industrial settings

• Familiarity with mechanical maintenance procedures

• Strong communication skills for teamwork and issue resolution
